The seed treatment equipment, type S 36 (patented system), is made to perfectly achieve two essential operations:
- To coat the seeds with a liquid protective product in an homogeneous and regular way
- And to adjust humidification on each seed to ensure a good holding of the treatment product.
It offers the following advantages:
Reliable and performing: tipping system with mechanical meter, ensuring an accurate feeding, electric pump to secure a steady flow and exact dosage, mixing screw with ribbon flight (provided with a rubber protection for delicate seeds) and low-rotation speed to allow uniform mixing and reduce wear.
Functionnal and modular: equipment mount on mobile chassis (on retractable wheels when the machine is working - Throughout with 2 ways valves (option) - Feeding hopper with shorter height. Electric starter set included.
Robust and secure : solid construction - Screw Threads fully realized and rectified in our workshop - dosage container completely in stainless steel - electric pump specially adapted treatment products
